Simplicity 9535; 1989, Toddlers’ Dress and Purse: Short sleeved dress slightly raised waistline and back buttoned belt has sleeve gathered to band, back zipper contrast lace or eyelet trimmed collar and optional ribbon bows. V. 1 and 2 have scalloped overskirt and contrast belt and underskirt V. 1 and 3 have scalloped collar V. 2 has “Peter Pan” collar. Purse has elastic casing, ribbon strap and bow and lace or eyelet trim.
