Simplicity 5591 Maternity Shirt, Pants and Shorts in Misses’ Size: The shirt with front button closing has forward shoulder seams, shirt type collar, set-in sleeves, shaped lower edge and optional patch pocket. V. 1 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 & 3 have short puff sleeves gathered to sleeve bands. The pants V. 1 & 2 and the shorts V. 3 have turn-back cuffs and adjustable elastic waistline casing.
