Simplicity 5628 ©1964 – The lined jacket is double breasted and has notched collar, long sleeves, flaps,pockets with buttons,top-stitching and buttons on sleeves are optional. V. 1 jacket has two button closing; upper pockets are optional. V's 2,3,4 jacket has four button closing; lower pockets only. V's 1 & 2 skirt is slim; V's 3, 4 skirt is box pleated. Skirts have side zippers, and waistbands. Included with this purchase is a full color page torn from the Farm Journal magazine featuring this suit pattern.
