McCalls 7998 Child’s Dress and Pinafore: High neck dress with short set in sleeves, and back buttoned pinafore of sheer fabric! Dress, including sleeves, is lined and has zipper in center back seam. Back edges of pinafore are hemmed above cut away line. Neck, armholes and lower edge are finished with purchased bias binding and trimmed with scalloped edging. Bow, tacked to right back of pinafore, may be ribbon or bias fabric.
