Toddler's Smocked Dress with Transfer: Long or short sleeved dress is smocked at dress front and sleeve edges in one or two colors of six-strand embroidery cotton. Sleeves have elastic under smocking. Dress back gathers to back yoke and closes with center back zipper. Neck edge is trimmed with self-piping. dress has back tie belt. Long sleeve dress has pockets. Smocking design for toddler (shown on blue and printed dresses) is shallower than smocking for child (shown on white dress).
