Simplicity 9420 Envelope contains pattern pieces and detailed directions for making bridal headpiece and veils. Bridal headpieces and veils. Headpieces are held in place with flexible wire combs. Hip length or elbow length veil. V. 1 and 3 veils are hip length. V.1 veil is attached to headband trimmed with fabric flowers. V. 2 with veil attached to lined cap has lace trim. V. 3 features elbow length over long length veil and is attached to a fabric bow.

This pattern is partially cut and is complete.  The envelope has tattering.
